   a) Institutional Membership
      - Memorial University of Newfoundland

Memorial formally applied for the institutional membership.
Svetlana Barkanova is the institutional representative.
We can bill them for FY21 since it is being approved before April 1st.

4. News from TRIUMF (Chris)

Next beam schedule is out. Starts in the begining of April.
Mostly locally managed experiments. Some rooms for the US and the European
collaborators but not certain.

Half of all covid cases in the lab was in the last couple of months.
Lab occupancy is slighly below 50%. Critical jobs only.
ISAC is critical. Contact tracing is strictly enforced.
Stricter protocols will be in place unti June 1st. 
We will know by then whether international researchers can come to TRIUMF.

Damning report on TRIUMF compliance of the CNSC standards.
TRIUMF promised compliance 2 years ago. Mostly documentations and processes.
Science division: We may need to go through experiemntal facility group manuals 
to make sure they are in compliance with the CNSC standards. 

TRIUMF is starting a new fellowship resurrecting old undergraduate fellowships.
Will be named after Richard (Dick) Azuma (U of T). 
EDI related prestigious fellowships. Hope to start at the end of this year.

20 year planning: In a pause after the fall exchange process.

Meeting during the CAP congress: Not clear yet.
