      - typical success rate is 70%, more applications when in Banff
        2024: 9 applications to Bromont QC, 6 awarded
        2023: 20 applications to Banff AB, 13 awarded
        2019: 10 applications to Banff AB, 6 awarded
        2018: 9 applications to Mt. Tremblant QC, 6 awarded
      - GH proposes 8x$750 travel awards, as per preliminary budget last
        spring
	- we should place a cap of 70% success rate if get too few applications
	- we project a small surplus, could offer more awards if more
          applications than expected
      - need a motion to approve
      - need some volunteers for selection committee
